A Message from Our Principal

Best High Schools Silver 2013 Award

Dear Parents,

It has been a great start to our school year for the teachers and students. Our goal is to make sure we are helping them and their academic success. You also play a vital role in this and can help us by attending Parent/Teacher Conferences on October 9 from 1:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to meet your son/daughter’s teachers, get a chance to see how they are performing in class, and find out ways you can support them at home. I really hope to see all of you there. Some other important dates are:

Fall Break: This year we will have our fall break starting on Monday, October 13 (Columbus Day) through Friday, October 17. We will return to class on Monday, October 20.

Fall AIMS Testing: Our dates for AIMS testing are October 28, 29, and 30. This will be testing for juniors and seniors only who have not passed the AIMS test.

Please know that we are here to assist you and your family. Don’t hesitate to contact Rio Rico High School with any concerns you may have. We truly believe that “every student matters.”
